We Are Open & Here For You

Dear Valued Patients,

It has been an unprecedented time in our lives and for our whole community and we hope you have all been safe and healthy over the past several months. 

We are pleased to inform you that we will be able to start seeing patients on June 8th for all routine dental treatments and services.

The Royal College of Dental Surgeons and the Ministry of Health have given Dentistry at The Grove the go-ahead to open our doors in a responsible and safe manner. We do, and have always, taken the health and safety of our staff and patients very seriously. This will not change.

Please note that we have been providing emergency services to the community during this crisis and are confident in our ability to deliver a low-risk visit. We have the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to provide a high standard of care to our patients and are closely following the guidelines put forth by Public Health Ontario and the College. 

In order to best accommodate you, we ask for everyone’s patience while we schedule the most urgent appointments first.

There will be some new procedures that will become part of our “new normal”:

  • We will be screening all patients for symptoms of COVID-19 on the phone at the time of booking and prior to their appointment date
  • You will be asked to wait in the car until your designated appointment time. We will then text or call you when it is time for you to enter the office
  • If you are a new patient, our forms will be emailed prior to your appointment and can be brought to the office on the day of the appointment or returned to us via email
  • Patients will be required to wear a mask in the office at all times unless they are receiving treatment. If you do not have a mask we are happy to provide one to you.
  • We will unfortunately no longer be accepting cash. We kindly ask that any payments be made via debit or credit.
